Donna Terlesky, DVM

Dr. Donna Terlesky was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area. She attended undergrad school at the University of Pittsburgh after deciding to make a career switch from interior design. After undergrad she went onto Veterinary School at Ohio State University, where she graduated from in 2005. She started working at Always Compassionate in 2010.

Dr. Terlesky is a member in good standing with the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA)), the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA), and the Western Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association (WPVMA). Dr. Terlesky takes a special interest in Internal Medicine

Outside of work, Dr. Terlesky enjoys gardening and using her prior knowledge of interior design to complete different projects around the house. She has 2 cats at home named Lilly and Red. She rescued them after finding them outdoors. To this day, she says that she isn’t sure how they survived out there. They are sweet cats who enjoy indoor life!
