Please take a moment to review all of our Hospital Policies.
Appointment Policy
To meet your needs and reduce waiting time, we request that you make an appointment prior to each visit. Office hours are by appointment only.
Appointments are scheduled between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday thru Thursday, and Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm.
These are also the hours for phone calls, pharmacy pickup, and prescription food pickup.
Technician appointments (such as nail trims and blood tests) can be made for pre-existing clients only during these hours. For your protection and the safety of others, we ask that your pet be properly restrained and current on their rabies vaccination.
Dogs must be kept on a leash and cats should be in a carrier or on a leash.
Emergency Policy
Emergencies are given priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments during regular office hours. However, we ARE NOT an Emergency or Critical Care Facility to provide 24-hour care.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
For diagnostics and workups, we reserve the right to request a deposit of 50% of the estimated total of charges.
