Position Overview

The Hospital Manager plays a key leadership role, partnering closely with the medical leadership team to oversee day-to-day hospital operations. This position focuses on team leadership, financial performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency—allowing our veterinarians and staff to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing hospital team

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, payroll, and inventory

• Partner with medical leadership to optimize workflows and improve hospital efficiency

• Manage financial performance, including budgeting and expense control

• Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace culture

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Support excellent client service and community engagement

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary or healthcare management experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with team development, coaching, and performance management

• Financial and operational mindset

• Passion for veterinary medicine and client service
